KUALA LUMPUR, 27 August 2026 – SAIC Motor Malaysia is pleased to announce its partnership with CARSOME, introducing a new trade-in programme that provides customers a seamless experience to trade in their existing vehicles when purchasing a new MG.

The collaboration brings together CARSOME’s expertise in vehicle inspection, valuation and trade-in services with SAIC Motor Malaysia’s dealership network, giving customers a convenient and transparent way to manage their vehicle trade-in.

“This partnership with CARSOME strengthens our commitment to making the journey towards MG ownership more seamless and accessible for our customers,” said Emory Qi, Managing Director of SAIC Motor Malaysia.

Test Drive and Discover More with Our New Trade-In Programme

As part of the Merdeka season, customers are invited to visit participating MG Motor showrooms to test drive the MGS5 EV, MGZS Hybrid+ and learn more about the CARSOME-powered trade-in offering.

Customers can participate by bringing their Vehicle Registration Card to participating MG Motor dealerships during August and September 2026.
