In conjunction with the launch, SAIC Motor Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. introduced the MG Insurance Program (MIP), a collaboration with trusted panel insurers including Berjaya Sompo Insurance, Allianz Malaysia, and Generali Malaysia. This program is designed to offer customers added peace of mind and comprehensive protection throughout their ownership journey.
COMPREHENSIVE VEHICLE INSURANCE
Customers who purchase their insurance for these all-new MG models will get additional EV coverage on top of the usual vehicle insurance coverage:
Agreed value, Betterment and Waiver of Excess up to 10 years
No charges for All Drivers
Accident: Inconvenience Allowance of RM 200/day, up to 5 days

The EV will be towed to the nearest charging point operator should it run out of battery during your journey.

HOME WALLBOX
CHARGER COVERAGE
Up to RM 10,000 reimbursement should the Wallbox Charger be stolen, or damaged by external factor.
Additionally with Allianz Malaysia under the Allianz EV Shield, if the EV is damaged and/or the authorised driver suffer bodily injury due to the use of public charging station, customers will be reimbursed with up to RM5,000 compensation for the cost of repair or medical expenses, in addition to the vehicle insurance coverage.
